The Dobermann is a very beautiful breed, with a short coat that requires very little in the way of maintenance. This means it doesn’t require much in the way of brushing, bathing, and the like (other than if you want to use it as a way to bond with your dog through regular brushing, etc).

However, the Dobermann is also a big and energetic breed that grows quickly. This means the correct feeding of your Dobermann is also very important. We at the Dobergaarden Forever kennel always strive to keep up with the latest research into the health and the like in regards to our favorite dog breed and we can help guide you in this regard. While it is always recommended you consult a veterinarian regarding what food is the best for your dog (and what supplements should be used), we also have a vast amount of experience and knowledge in this matter and can help you with this.

While the Dobermann is generally a very healthy breed, they, like many others, can be more at risk in regards to some diseases than others. Due to the nature of our work, it is very important for us to keep up with the latest knowledge and research into this subject. We also have a large amount of knowledge and experience (in no small part due to our close work with Anicura in Varde) on how to recognize and spot signs of such issues early on, and we will always share this knowledge if wanted with our puppy buyers.
