THE BUYERS SECURITY

Since we are a certified Danish Kennel Club breeder, our kennel must use a standard DKK purchase agreement when we sell puppies, and this means that the deal will be covered by the Danish Purchase Act’s special rules on consumer purchases.

This means that regardless of what has been agreed between the buyer and the seller several rules apply which protect you as the buyer.
In Denmark, you are protected by official regulation when you as a consumer buy from a certified trader such as Dobergaarden. Under no circumstances can the Danish Consumer Act’s consumer rules be deviated from to the detriment of the buyer.

To further add to your security we can also confirm that we at Dobergaarden Forever always perform all the required health test on our dogs before breeding any of them and all the dogs we use also have a ZTP at a minimum. All our puppies are sold with the proper pedigree records following the standards issued by The Danish Kennel Klub (DKK), The Danish Dobermann Klub (DDK) and The International Dobermann Club (IDC).

Furthermore, according to the rules in Denmark, our kennel is regularly checked and verified by The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (always once a year during an unannounced visit with the possibility of more unannounced visits) as well as veterinarians (twice a year) to make certain it is always kept up the required standards.
